Cemal | CTO at Softquo
Cemal holds a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Istanbul Aydin University and has over 20 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
For more than 10 years, he has been active in the iGaming industry, working with GoldenRace and Novusbet, where he has helped build and power 500+ online gambling providers worldwide. Cemal currently serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Softquo, where he leads large-scale gaming and platform infrastructure development.
He supports Hyperbet by contributing his technical expertise to the platform’s architecture, scalability, and long-term development.
Marina | CLO at Softquo
Marina holds a Law Degree from ISDE and is one of the leading legal experts in the iGaming industry.
She has over 10 years of experience working with GoldenRace and Softquo, where she currently serves as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Head of Compliance. In this role, she oversees licensing, regulatory strategy, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Marina supports Hyperbet as a legal and compliance advisor, contributing her extensive industry expertise to the project’s long-term, compliant development.
Martin | Platform Development
Martin is an experienced developer with deep expertise across both Web2 and Web3 technologies and over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry.
He is leading the development of the new Hyperbet platform, already working on the core system and additional features planned throughout the roadmap.
Martin has already built fully on-chain games, which will be part of Hyperbet’s exclusive game offering, bringing hands-on blockchain gaming experience directly into the platform.
Marius | Head of Operations
Marius has over 5 years of experience in the iGaming industry with Novusbet, where he serves as Head of Operations.
In this role, he is responsible for overseeing day-to-day platform operations, process management, and operational scalability.
Marius leads operations at Hyperbet, ensuring reliable execution, coordination across teams, and smooth platform performance as the project scales.
Dejan | Web2 Marketing & AI
Dejan is the CEO of Vierdimensional, a leading marketing agency based in Austria. He has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and is an AI expert, working on the practical application of AI in business and customer-facing systems.
Dejan leads Web2 and digital marketing initiatives for GeniusBet and supports Hyperbet by advising on client-facing AI integrations, helping streamline workflows and ensure a high-quality customer and support experience.
Manuela | Business Development
Manuela has been with GoldenRace for over 10 years, where she plays a key role in coordinating internal teams and ensuring that management and operational processes run smoothly. Known for her strong coordination and organisational skills, she supports cross-functional collaboration across the group.
At Hyperbet, Manuela coordinates business development activities, supporting partnerships, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
Paolo | Partnerships & Expansion
Paolo is a successful entrepreneur based in Austria with strong experience in building networks and strategic relationships.
He supports Hyperbet by focusing on partnerships, networking, and expansion efforts, helping the project establish connections and grow its presence across markets and industry stakeholders.
Mihan | Customer Support
Mihan has over 8 years of experience in the iGaming industry with Novusbet, where he leads customer support operations.
He is responsible for managing support processes, ensuring service quality, and handling user-facing operational workflows. In addition to his role at Novusbet, Mihan also leads customer support for GeniusBet, bringing his operational experience to support Hyperbet’s user and builder experience.
Gabriel | Provider Support
Gabriel has over 7 years of experience with Novusbet, where he leads support operations on the game provider side. His role focuses on coordinating with game providers, managing technical and operational support, and ensuring stable integrations.
At Hyperbet, Gabriel handles provider-side support, ensuring smooth collaboration with game and infrastructure partners across the platform.
Amil | Web3 & Marketing Advisor
Amil is an entrepreneur from Switzerland and the founder of LEO and DORA. He is actively building and investing in startups, with a strong focus on Web3-native products and ecosystems.
Amil supports Hyperbet with Web3 marketing and community positioning and introduced the team to the Virtuals ecosystem, contributing his experience in launching and scaling Web3 projects.
Jasminko | Web3 & Community Building
Jasminko is the founder of DORA, one of the early projects on Virtuals.
While continuing to actively work on DORA, he supports the Hyperbet team by introducing them to the Virtuals ecosystem and assisting with Web3 community building. His experience helps Hyperbet navigate the Virtuals landscape and establish a strong presence within the community.
